1. How much does it cost to rent the hall?
The price is listed below along with what is included for NYC Party Hall. Dates are limited! We do not charge per person and all we do is rent the hall with chairs and tables. You are free to bring in your own food, music and drinks and have as many guests up to 74 people.
NYC Party Affairs hall rental pricing:
· Fridays are $995 (5 hours + 2 hours for setup)
· Saturdays are $1,195 (5 hours + 2 hours for setup)
· Sundays are $995 (5 hours + 2 hours for setup)
· Monday - Thursdays are $595 (5 hours + 2 hours for setup)
*New Years Eve is $1,395
*Each event has a $75 clean up fee. At the end of the event we clean everything; you don't have to touch anything. (not included in prices shown above)
*Each additional hour is $175 (only weekends).
The deposit is 50% of the total (non-refundable) and the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your party.
2. What's included with the hall rental?
The price includes an allocated amount of hall rental time - choice of 5 hours in the evening or day.
· Banquet Seats and tables included for our maximum capacity which is 74 people. We provide you with tables and chairs.
· Use of kitchen space w/fridge and microwave
· Street parking is available
· Heating and cooling at your fingertips for ultimate comfort
· You may bring in your own food, drinks, music, etc...
· We only supply tables and chairs for guests
*Disco ball and music system available for rent
3. When can I stop by to view the hall?
We require an appointment to view the hall, by appointment only! Call for an appointment (917) 651-5090
4. What is the cancellation policy?
NYC Party Affairs does not offer a refund unless the day gets booked.
5. How much deposit is required?
Our policy is first come first serve. We do not hold dates for anyone.
A 50% minimum deposit is required to hold and confirm the date of your choice.
The balance is due two weeks prior to your party.
